Telly Andrews maintains a national practice focused on trial and appellate matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Andrews also directs litigation outside the United States. His practice includes the representation of domestic and foreign air carriers, aerospace product manufacturers, commercial airports, pilots, fixed-base operators, and their insurers in connection with a broad spectrum of litigated matters.

Mr. Andrews has handled cases involving commercial transport category aircraft, business jets, and general aviation. As part of his aviation practice, he acts for several air carriers overseeing litigation domestically and outside the U.S. in connection with claims arising from foreign operations. As part of his insurance practice, Mr. Andrews also acts as national claims counsel for a number of insurers. Mr. Andrews also advises his insurance company clients on coverage issues, policy wordings, and represents them in declaratory judgment actions.

Mr. Andrews also represents management in employment litigation in matters involving claims of race, age, disability and gender discrimination, as well as non-compete/restrictive covenant issues. Additionally, Mr. Andrews maintains a commercial litigation practice representing both corporate and individual clients.
